Old Fullerton core (Lehigh St / Front St)
The historic borough core before 1928 consolidation. Cement-era brick singles, twins, and small rowhomes built directly for Atlas Cement and Whitehall Cement workers in the early 1900s. Walkable to the old Fullerton Train Station footprint, the Fullerton Volunteer Fire Company, and the original Fullerton commercial strip on Lehigh Street.
What we see most often
Multi-generation cement-family estate sales. Heirs commonly out-of-state — Florida, NJ, NY, NC. Original mechanicals universal. Three- and four-generation single-family ownership common since original construction (1910s-1930s).
